Rich and his team did a great job with bringing down a couple walls for me. They were efficient, hard working and left the job site clean. Even took some additional debris I had laying around. Fair price too! Would definitely recommend and use them again

Rich was quick when responding to messages and got the job done. They demoed and left the job clean. I didn't get not one piece of old sheetrock up from off the ground. I would recommend!!!

I hired Linaberry to demolish a deck. I cannot say enough nice things! They were prompt in their responses, completed the requested work to satisfaction, and left the area clean. As a female, I unfortunately have extra concerns when hiring contractors, but I was instantly at ease after hiring Linaberry. They are genuinely good humans who care about their work and reputation. I will be using them again.

Linaberry Demolition performed a plaster ceiling demolition in a large room. Typically this type of demolition is not done in an occupied space, however Rich and his team took precautions and all necessary steps to ensure that the space was sealed. The space was cleaned and all debris was hauled per expectation. They worked diligently and safely in a timely manner to perform the task in just an afternoon.
I would recommend Rich and his team for your next demolition project!

Hey Devon, hope the remodel has been smoothly moving forward. I wanted to thank you for the opportunity you gave my team and I to take care of this project for you. Not only did you show amazing hospitality, but you also jumped right into the mix with us. Now if you aren’t familiar with demoing plaster it’s extremely dirty especially when it’s a ceiling and from the early 1920s. Dust and dirt fills the air instantly to the point you can’t see to far in front of you, and you’ll be eating 100 year old dust, dirt and plaster with or without a mask. That being said Devon literally stayed in the room with us and… AND worked just as hard as my guys and I which was awesome. We all worked hard and had great conversation/laughs wile doing so. We hired Linaberry for a Demo project. The team that came out was friendly and worked quickly. They pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. It was very easy to communicate with them and the team did a great job.
