Absolutely the best electrical work we have ever had done. Did an exceptional job installing pocket lights, switches, and ceiling fan, and then provided a detailed description of what was done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide flat rates for installation projects or hourly rates for service calls. Either way our pricing is up front with no hidden surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just send a description of the work you need done. We will gather some info and then either give an online estimate or schedule a site survey. Your estimate is prepared quickly and sent to you online for review. Once you accept it, we get a date scheduled and prepare for your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ICC Certified Master Electrician with over 15 years experience. I am also certified by Tesla and Chargepoint for level 2 EV charging, and certified by Tesla for Powerwall and Gateway. I attend an accredited continuing education course online to stay up-to-date on the latest electrical codes.
