FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief phone consultation to learn about your project, discuss your goals, and make sure we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to assess the property, take measurements, and discuss the best options for your project. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll provide a detailed quote and review your payment options, including 100% financing for qualified customers. After you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule your installation and take care of the details—including permitting and HOA requirements, when applicable. Our goal is to make the entire process straightforward and hassle-free, from the first phone call through the completed installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers throughout the area, from homeowners looking to improve the privacy, security, or appearance of their property to businesses, contractors, property managers, and industrial clients with more complex fencing needs. Our experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ranging from traditional backyard fencing to custom gates, ornamental fencing, security applications, and larger-scale installations. Regardless of the size of the project, we bring the same attention to detail, quality materials, and professional installation standards to every job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a fence installer, we recommend looking beyond just the initial price. A fence is a long-term investment, and many of the problems homeowners experience later—leaning posts, sagging gates, uneven fence lines, premature deterioration, or sections that don’t hold up properly—can often be traced back to shortcuts taken during installation. Ask your contractor about the materials they use, installation standards they follow, warranty they provide, and whether they stand behind both the product and their workmanship. You should also feel confident that they’ll communicate clearly, show up when promised, and be there if you ever need service after the installation. We’ve built our business around those principles. We use premium American-made materials, install to ASTM industry standards, and never cut corners on the installation process. Our work is backed by both the manufacturer’s warranty and our own installation warranty. The lowest quote can be attractive upfront, but correcting a poorly installed fence can quickly erase those savings. Our goal is to install your fence correctly the first time and provide the level of service and craftsmanship that gives you confidence in your investment for years to come.
