As the distant son in Arizona, -if the politics, economy and cost of living were better suited for my profession, I would relocate closer to my Mom. For now,... even with the 3hr difference,... Castro and I were able to communicate the issues at her home, schedule a repair, and confirm payment - easy peasy :-)

Apparently, the Builder didn’t sink the mailbox post deep enough or stabilize it,... fast forward 20yrs of the extreme seasons of the Northeast - hot .. cold .. wet .. freeze - expansion and contraction, -and the mailbox post (with a 5lb box on top) started to tilt. >> Castro dug a deeper hole, lined it for stability, and re-leveled it to the same height as the neighbors ; per HOA mandate.

The following day, she had a tornado warning, and it’s still standing 😃

I’m very happy with Castro Landscaping,... -I’ll definitely call on them in the future - from Arizona 😝
