John did a great job finishing our basement. He was flexible with changes and communicated very well with us on the timeline and what to expect. I’ll be requesting johns help for all future projects. I highly recommend!!!

John did an incredible job transforming our semi-finished basement into a beautiful living space in our home. He provided a detailed estimate, scheduling was easy, and it was a pleasure having him in our house. The results really exceeded my expectations. The quality of his work, skill, and experience to make recommendations was a blessing. I’m already planning projects with John. Can’t say enough good things!!

John did a wonderful job on my basement renovation. He installed an egress window, fixed a leaking sliding glass door and finished the basement. The final product is better than I could have imagined. My son loves his new playroom and I am very happy with the new family room. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a contractor and will definitely use him again.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I first meet my clients I try to get to know a little about them and get a sense of who they are and what they are looking for. That way we can communicate on the same level about what they want and what they want from me.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This industry is always changing. New methods, new tools, new materials. Keeping up with all that is challenging but necessary. I have been in and around construction my whole life.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

After being in the business this long I can say I have worked with all kinds of people, both commercial and residential. I have worked with people who don't really know what they want, kind of know and people who know exactly what the want and have it all planned out, laid out and ready to go.
