Rick is theeeeee greatest contractor I’ve met along my journey. He didn’t end up doing my work for other reasons, but he has been extremely helpful in guiding me to the right people for the job. I always consult him prior to getting anything done. He even came out recently to help me prioritize what I need to do. I will be hiring him when I’m ready to get my new kitchen installed Hands down a super, to the point, great guy. He was very compassionate about my situation and did what he could to help. I still stay in touch to this day. I’d recommend Castro Brothers over and over and over again

Rick and his crew did a great job. We're very pleased with our new cabinets, counter, range hood, and ducting. Rick's crew stayed late to get it done in 3 days so they didn't have to come back for a half day on day 4 and we really appreciated it!

Dealing with a contractor can be very intimidating. Especially if your like me and you know nothing but the difference between a Philips and a flat head screw driver. Rick and his team rescued me from a nightmare situation! I hired a “family friend” to do a bath room renovation… 6k later the “family friend” took my money and ran off and left me with a non functioning bathroom!!! My wife and I took to the internet and decided to do some thorough research to find the right guy for the job. We landed on Castro builders as the work and reviews speak for themselves. I got in contact with Rick and he was very honest and upfront about the situation I was in and what it would take to get out. Rick not only was a saving grace but he also educated me on how to handle situations like this in the future. Rick stopped by my house to take a look at the job. The next day I received a detailed quote and a timeline which I accepted.
This is where the magic truly happened as thorough the remainder of the process Rick kept me well informed and involved with everything. The timelines he gave were tight and he gave me, the customer, money control. Contractors will say parts cost a certain amount and ask for it up front. Rick was sure to give receipts every step of the way and was even finding innovative ways to save me money. My bathroom is coming along fantastic and while rick and his team are working they are strictly business at the same time their customer service is A-1! My mother and grandfather keep raving about his patience which means a whole lot especially since we just got out of a horrific situation. We could not be happier with our new bathroom and my only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner!!! If you have a project that requires a contractor’s skill set well look no further Rick is your guy.
