Introduction: My names Kevin Sheaffer and I started KS Personal Training to help people achieve their fitness goals. After being around sports and fitness all my life, I knew I wanted it to be my career. After I graduated from Penn State in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology I went on to become a NASM certified personal trainer. I have been a certified trainer working for myself and various gyms over the last several years. Over the last few years I have continued my education to become a certified Group Personal Training Specialist and have taken courses in Balance, Core, Stretching and Resistance training.

I have worked out with Kevin multiple sessions and he is honestly the best personal trainer I have come across. He kicks my butt in the best way in my workouts and I actually see results and that’s the best feeling . Highly recommend

I would start out by seeing what their goals and limitations are and assess what they can do. Then create a workout plan that suits their desired goals and try to make it fun in the process.

Kinesiology degree from Penn State. Certified personal trainer through NASM for 10 years.
