Key Renter does a great job managing the rental properties. They are very responsive to your needs and situation and take away all of the trouble that comes with renting a property. If you have a residential rental and you are not using them...you should.

We offer full management as well as lease-only options.

We have a discovery phone call to see if there's a fit, followed by an onsite visit.

Two of us are licensed real estate agents. While we do not sell properties, we are trained in all the relevant regulations.
