Julie really went above and beyond when it came to getting our house ready to put on the market. She really did listen to all and any concerns we had about anything at any time and addressed them. She was very personable. When it came to the description of our listing, she made sure we were happy with it and changed anything we thought should have been changed or added. Instead of a lot of other realtors that I've dealt with just saying it should be this and we need to just trust them, she was very transparent, and our house sold quickly with a very smooth closing.
