Just had a stump taken out by Monster Tree Service and some tree removal and tree trimming work earlier. Great all around experience from Customer Service, receiving a quote to all the work performed. Everyone was friendly, courteous and did great work at a reasonable price.

Wow! What a great crew! They had a tough job of taking down a GIANT double-trunk oak tree but did it without killing my compost bins or anything else. Wish I could climb a tree like that! And they cut up all the wood for us.

Initially had a bad interaction with the company. I kept falling through the cracks and had trouble getting my service scheduled and completed.
After elevating the issue, the general manager and owner both reached out to me directly and made the situation right.
I had no issues with any of the work that was completed and everything was done well.
I will definitely work with them again.
