If I could give Ramses 10 stars I would! I just bought my house a few months ago and the home inspection had me nervous that I had a wiring situation in the breaker box that could potentially lead to a fire, and most likely be very expensive to correct. Ramses reviewed the box, breakers, wires, etc, and put my mind at ease. He explained that while the inspector was obligated to put the issues in the report, they were nowhere near as bad as I was thinking. Ramses was able to make a few small changes and offered suggestions as to what I could do in the future to expand if needed. I was expecting to be told the whole thing needed to be redone and honestly, if he told me that, I wouldn't have known any different. I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism that I started asking him for quotes on other projects on my 'to-do' list. And the best part...the one item...SUCH a pain for me...was such an easy fix for him to do, that he stayed to do that too!! I'm beyond happy with his work and will absolutely be recommending him to others as well as adding him permanently to my contacts as my go-to electrician. 👍👍

Rameses responded immediately to my request and was able to come out 2 hours later to fix a circuit issue. He was extremely thorough in troubleshooting our issue, was able to diagnose the loose connectivity problem, and fixed it immediately. His pricing was fair and we appreciate his patience and professionalism. We are planning to use him again for future projects.

This was a 5 star experience! In the past, my encounters with electricians were one of two things- either you'd call and be scheduled for an appointment a month later or you'd have to call three times and no one would return your call. I tried Thumbtack for the first time because my expereinces with local electricians were so disappointing. Rameses from Harmony & Heavenly contacted me in mere minutes! He was able to come the next day and install 4 new fixtures and he was able to look at and diagnose a few various electrical issues at my house ( a bad outlet, a wall fixture that was broken and a broken outdoor light). Rameses even went out to price a new outdoor fixture and bought a new outlet and a part for the broken wall fixture. Punctual, professional, reasonably priced and pleasant. Thank you Rameses and Harmony & Heavenly! An excellent experience.
