My journey with this company started with a problem. The car arrived reeking of strong cigarette smoke because the last clientele refused to except or follow the no smoking policy the driver tried to enforce. I spent two hour's spraying'Fabreze'extra strength odor remover for upholstery and riding with the windows down with no success. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. Instantly, I heard back from the owner, who expressed true concern about the problem and addressed the situation swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. I am truly grateful and sincerely thankful for how professional and caring this company addressed the situation. I highly recommend this company, they are amazing!

Yes I would like to thank corporate Black Car service Larry helped me with booking for my wedding he was so nice, polite and friendly he let me know about company with it being my first time booking prices are very reasonable. So thank you for that kevin who was my driver was early let me know when he arrived opened doors for us it was a rainy day he was also prepared had umbrellas when we stepped out of the car also came to me with the umbrella when I was leaving from my wedding he talked and laughed with us he was just an all around very kind and caring we just loved that so thank you kevin I will keep this company in mind for future events very pleased with the services ❤

Rahman was absolutely incredible. Early for pickup and drop off. Always responded immediately when I contacted him. Helped with loading of bags into his vehicle which was immaculate. I would absolutely give him 10 stars and use him for anything and everything. Absolutely call him for your needs!

My request for a quote was answered promptly and communication was consistent. Pricing was fair for a one-way trip to New York City. The vehicle was clean and Mr. Rahman presented as neat, experienced, & professional. He drove very safely, was friendly during the trip, yet also respectful of my need to snooze.
