USA re-mucked our roof and replaced capping which was originally installed backwards by another contractor.
However, we scheduled a specific time for them to come by to give an estimate and the guy was so late we had to reschedule and I had to call when i was wondering where he was, he didn't even reach out to let me know he was running late. Additionally, they agreed to replace an exterior vent (outside of the scope of the roof work) and the forgot to do it that day so someone had to come back.
In summary - the person we interacted with was very nice and knowledgeable about roofing and they did a good job on the roof, but they were lacking in professionalism.

I scheduled for a free estimate. He showed up and stated he will follow up with an estimate at the end of the day. Fast forward 4 days later, still no quote. Unreliable
