I have been providing expert personal and business income tax preparation and accounting services to clients for over 30 years. I am an IRS Enrolled Agent; Certifies Tax Resolution Specialist and Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor. I pride myself on being completely "Customer-centric" and in going beyond the numbers and assisting clients in finding ways to save on their taxes and keep more of their hard earned dollars. I make myself available to answer customer questions; concerns and provide tax planning year round. My firm also specializes in Tax Resolution for those who owe the IRS. I have typically done my own taxes in the past until this year when I was having trouble with my return owed thousands instead of a big refund due to rental properties and not enough withholding I needed help with the return and some tax planning for the future Kelly was totally awesome she responded immediately and calmed my concerns definitely worth consulting with and the results were very organized neat and prepared with competence she obviously researched each item thoroughly thanks Kelly see you next year

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing and offer discounts for multiple services. I also offer a referral fee for each client that you refer that comes and gets their taxes done with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation over the phone to discuss your tax and accounting needs. I also like to review the past year or two of tax returns in order to get a better feel for your needs in order to provide a more accurate quote and also to see if there are any errors or tax savings that may have been missed in previous filings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in Accounting. IRS Enrolled Agent. Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor; 30+ years experience. I take many continued education courses each year in order to maintain my license and in order to stay abreast of tax law changes and other issues relevant to my clients.
