Spealman construction was very nice to work with. They renovated a room and created a bedroom and a office space. Their price was very reasonable compared to the others quotes I received. The crew was very accommodating to the changes I requested. They finished the job on time and at times had 3-4 people working to get task completed. would definitely consider them again for other projects.
