- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, so it is hard to answer what my standard prices are. I negotiate with my customers in order to make my services affordable for both them and me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to come and see the project so I can be prepared with the correct tools and schedule the right amount of time. Once that is determined, I will work with the customer to schedule a time that works for the customer and myself. If materials are required, I like to have 1/3 of the total cost as a deposit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as roofer, doing roofs and siding on new construction and older homes, I have also worked doing tile, and many other Home Improvements. I then became a home inspector. My love is in the work, rather than writing reports of what work I recommend for a property. So I stopped inspecting and became a Contractor.
