I would select Value and Punctuality as well but the app will only let me select three attributes. My espresso machine was picked up, diagnosed, repaired and delivered to my door within one week. Parts and labor cost a fraction of replacing the machine. One less item in the landfill! Thank you. I will use PHHARS again and highly recommend to others.
