Introduction: I devote 100% of my working time to Social Securit work. Unlike the vase majority of attorneys will agree to represent Social Security Disability claimants, I do not limit my ongoing education and social security work due to a need to work on other legal field matters, such as criminal, matrimony, personal injury, workers compensation, etc. As a seasoned attorney who started out having to work in several legal fields to maintain enough of a client base, I understand why some attorneys need to do this. But from experience, I can also state with certainty that one can not be Master of her Social Security field by spreading her attention out to other fields. A concentration in Social Security work is a must to be top in knowledge and experience in this field.
I also work personally with each of my clients. My associate who also works with our clients communicates with me on a daily basis, as needed. Clients are never shuffled off to be represented by an unknown, or a non-attorney. We have also taken great effort to create a very technologically helpful office - we do not require our clients travel here, and our indepth and always-available nature makes us accessible by a variety of modes: Phone, text, email, fax, etc. We are a very "green" office, so while snail mail is available, we encourage our clients to feel free to use readily available technology to send us documents and otherwise speak to us.
