outstanding service! rates were outstanding as well. had 2 computer repairs: hard drive fix/install of windows 10 and 1 unknown issue. very friendly, skillful, and professional. kept me abreast of everything going on with my computers, how to fix the issues, and communicated status updates appropriately. i truly felt confident in his expertise to resolve my PC issues. lastly, saved me $89.00 from purchasing a new hard drive by implementing a work-around and was able to save all my data without any known issues. 100% satisfied customer and will be doing business with the professional again on future jobs.

I never had my hard drive replaced before and I ordered the part. GForce explained the process thoroughly and saved me a considerable amount of money. Additionally, he upgraded my existing Windows at no extra charge. Repairs were done in a short amount of time. I have no complaints and will use them again and send referrals.
