outstanding service! rates were outstanding as well. had 2 computer repairs: hard drive fix/install of windows 10 and 1 unknown issue. very friendly, skillful, and professional. kept me abreast of everything going on with my computers, how to fix the issues, and communicated status updates appropriately. i truly felt confident in his expertise to resolve my PC issues. lastly, saved me $89.00 from purchasing a new hard drive by implementing a work-around and was able to save all my data without any known issues. 100% satisfied customer and will be doing business with the professional again on future jobs.

I am a Certified Microsoft System Engineer, Certified Citrix Engineer, a Certified Novell Engineer and a Certified IT Project Manager. Plus, I have over 20 year experience.
