I needed to remove and old dilapidated deck and install a new larger Trex deck at my home. I really did not know who to call. After reading many reviews and conducting an online research, I decided to call The Helping Hands Penn. Right from the beginning they were prompt, professional, and upfront in all regards. Not only that but they were friendly and considerate. They did not cut corners (permits, etc.) and performed all the work that they contracted to do. In fact, I was so pleased with them that I had them install two windows. I am now in the process of selling the house and buying a larger one. When I do, and should I need work, I know who to call. If you need someone to do work around your house that you can trust, please give them a call.

Helping Hands Penn just finished adding a bathroom and bedroom with closet to my finished basement. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The workers were professional and pleasant. The job was completed quickly - I needed a 3 week turnaround and they delivered. I even added extra stuff, replacing my drop ceiling panels, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire basement. Installed recess lights, removing the fluorescent lights - all completed on time. The owner was extremely responsive - answering my calls and texts within minutes. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is there was miscommunication on materials. Although it looks great, I had originally selected different materials and due to last minute purchase of materials I had to substitute. I will definitely hire them again but will purchase my own materials. Overall great job, professional, responsive and they delivered on time.
