- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed, transparent estimates so you know exactly what you're paying for before work begins. Our standard payment structure is simple and fair; a deposit to secure your project, a payment midway, and the final payment upon completion. We do not cut corners to compete on price- we compete on quality, communication, and results. Emergency services and insurance-related work are priced according to scope and documentation requirements. We're always willing to work with customers on reasonable payment schedules when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and organized: 1. Initial consultation and walkthrough 2. Clear written estimate or scope of work 3. Agreement and scheduling 4. Material ordering and preparation 5. Project execution with consistent updates 6. Final walkthrough and customer approval If the project involves insurance, we assist with documentation, supplements, and communication to ensure the scope reflects what actually needs to be done. We believe communication is just as important as craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Pennsylvania contractor with hands-on experience in residential remodeling, water damage repair, structural framing, drywall, roofing, and interior finishing. Beyond trade experience, we have extensive experience working alongside insurance carriers, engineers, and inspectors. This allows us to understand both construction standards and documentation standards — which protects our customers.
