Frank and C are fabulous! I would, indeed will, hire FA Cleaning Solutions again. Their quote was not the lowest and I still chose them based upon reviews - lucky me!! I just purchased this home (68+ years ago old property) and they deep cleaned, overlooking nothing. They pulled out the oven and stove and everything g in or on both (knobs, drawers etc) and scrubbed. They cleaned the inside of all the windows - and sills! The bathrooms gleam. This was a transformational cleaning- thank you gents - the best housewarming EVER!!!

These guys are THE BEST! I've had Frank and crew over several times now. Even if your place isn't as visibly dirty as mine, I promise you that they will clean things you didn't even know needed to be cleaned! What a great experience ! I just bought a house and the previous tenants living there had the place disgusting and when I say disgusting I mean DISGUSTING. I was overwhelmed with the filth . Once Frank and his team finished with the place, I swear I felt like I walked into an entirely different house. I was so much more at ease with my purchase. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I mainly charge flat fee for the project but anything like special requests or deep cleaning will be a little more and I will always inform them on that before I do any job I will always discuss what I do I’m firm but I also do an amazing job so it’s worth every penny being spent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to introduce myself get to know the person because after all I’m in their residence and want them to trust and feel safe that letting me do the job is not the wrong choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry for well over 20 years and been thru numerous trainings in my years of doing this line of work.
