Here at MBK Lux, we believe in a person-centered experience. This means we will always visit you in your home before scheduling a cleaning to ensure we meet all expectations. Knowing our clients and their needs makes the experience that much more meaningful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All MKB staff undergo agency onboarding, including training on cultural competency and MKB Tools. MKB Tools teaches our process for cleaning, recognizing safety hazards, and professional communication/problem-solving.
