Introduction: I help people take steps to begin their health & fitness journey. I’m a former collegiate athlete (volleyball) and have learned most of my training styles through experience, as well as apprenticeship alongside 2 former professional football players turned coach. I’m a mom of 2 and especially love to work with moms.
My personal philosophy is a holistic approach to health, one that considers the mind-body-soul when measuring health.
My rate is $225/monthly, for 2-3 sessions weekly. I don’t take everybody just because you’re paying me. I’m genuinely passionate about helping people who are seriously ready to make a change in their life.

Niccole is a great personal fitness coach. She will listen to your fitness goal and plan fitness plans customized to you. She made my fitness plan possible to accomplish! She helped me take 3 years of weight off that was so stubborn to lose ! She always pushed me when I wanted to quit! Also she is well educated in the field of fitness and you can really see it in her work that she delivers! Thank you Niccole for helping me !

Working with niccole was amazing! As an athlete who ran track I was really hard on myself about not being in the same shape I was in before. Niccole really helped me with with the transition and helped me changed my mindset around how I view myself and pushing me to show what my body is still capable of even through I am not competing! She’s great at meeting her clients where they are and moving forward from there I highly recommend!
