I used this service on the suggestion of an associate who happens to be extremely particular. I knew that if she recommended this service, it HAD to be top notch.
My family suffered a tragic loss last month. I requested a cleaning on my 3BR/2BTH apartment in preparation for arriving relatives. I needed a next day appointment. Regency accommodated my last minute request.
They asked all of the pertinent questions: square footage, hard floors or carpet, pets, if a dishwasher was available, if anyone had allergies, sensitivity, or preference to any cleaning products. They offered to provide cleaning supplies if I had none available. This was a godsend considering that it was a last minute booking.
They even offered recommendations for how I could capitalize on the cleaning service: putting clothes in hampers, loading the dishwasher, starting a load of dirty linen (so it would only need to be dried and put on the beds by the cleaner). They could have easily charged me for two additional hours of work.
Two cleaners arrived. I was scheduled to be at work that morning, so I let them in, showed them around, pointed out areas of concern, and I left for the day.
I was absolutely pleased with the outcome. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. I have sliding glass shower doors and they were literally sparkling... not even a streak. One of the ladies FaceTimed me and did a walk through before leaving.
Regency is not only efficient and professional. Their workers are honest. One of the cleaners found a ring that had been lost for over six months. It was sitting on my nightstand when I returned home that evening. And I believe that deserves as much recognition as the exceptional cleaning service that was provided.
I have already scheduled my next three cleanings and highly recommend this service to any who may need it.

SHE STOCKED MY AIRBNB WITH ESSENTIALS AND ADDED A TWIST WITH HER OWN PLUSH TOWELS AND ROBES!!!
When there were maintenance problems at 4am, it was handled promptly and professionally.
My ratings went up in a matter of 4 months which generated more income for me!!!
She cleans the WHOLE HOUSE from TOP TO BOTTOM BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY STAY!!

Michon would clean for me when she was a HHA caring for my husband in 2017. After he passed in 2020 from Covid, she continued cleaning my home, free of charge every week (just to show what kind of heart she has )!. Now that I have my daughter living with me I don’t do every week now, but I do every month.
