Dave and his team are true professionals. They transformed our family homestead from a neglected condition to a modern, comfortable gleaming show house ready for a new lease on life. Working with Dave from my location in Spain, during the worst winter in Pennsylvania in decades, he managed to get fair prices on fixtures and fittings and get the human resources to work and to work together. We are grateful to all who have contributed and to Thumbtack for connecting us. He added value without any extra costs and respected the heirloom elements saving and restoring memories. The house will be a hime again for a young family.
