- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our bids may seem high compared to other companies, but there is more that comes with besides just the price. You will get a timely managed workforce who works with efficiency and professionalism like no other company. You will get a "vibe" that will show you, that we are all a big family and that we care for you and your property as if it was our own. We are a HIGH price LOW risk company that takes pride in what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the customer feels comfortable and happy. That is our Number One goal, day in and day out. We want the customer feel what they pay for is absolutely worth it. That is why building our customer relationships is most important and our Number One drive to this company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients are DIYers that prefer not to do the Demo work. A good percentage of our clients will do the finish work themselves but need a professional Demolition Contractor to come in and to gut an area of their home or even gut the whole interior of the home. That’s when they call us!
