- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending classes, training, and working with other locksmiths to keep expanding our knowledge base. We attend annual training and work closely with our distributors and manufacturers to learn about industry trends.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One customer called us after his home had been burglarized and the second set of keys had been stolen. We had a locksmith out there at 10:00 at night, he rekeyed their home in under an hour and gave them free keys. It all cost less than $100, and within hours their home was secured again.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire someone legitimate. Beware of the locksmith scam artists.
