I hired Jacob Provins to build a deck 15x18 Trex Deck. The first problem was he lied to me that he knows how to build decks, second it took about 6 months to build the deck but he made several mistakes ie: cutting boards the wrong size., drilling holes into the boards making holes in them incorrectly, not putting the stairs in correctly missing a bottom step. We agreed he bit off more than he can chew and said he would return a portion of the money I paid him so I could get a professional to fix the deck. I have been calling him since December and he has not returned my call so he ran off with my money. I gave Jacob ample time to make it right but he decided not to keep his word and return a portion of my money. DO NOT HIRE JACOB PROVINS FOR ANY HANDY MAN WORK.
