Tim came by to install a uv light for my HVAC system. He was able to supply the uv light, preform a professional installation, and inform myself on how to operate. He also fixed the positioning of my coil to fix water run off (free of charge). Lastly, he inspected the indoor/outdoor units and recommended doing a cleaning at after season. Will contact for all future needs, thanks!
Tim did a terrific job on our ducts! Gave advise for saving energy and money, showed before and after pictures, was efficient and available within the week of requesting an appt.

Cahill HVAC was a fantastic outfit to work with. We needed a total a/c unit replacement, and the indoor unit is located in an area that has less than ideal accessibility. Tim carefully assessed the situation during the quoting process and outlined all of the pertinent information. His quotes also included 'worst case scenarios' so there would be no last minute surprises - not to mention his pricing was much more than fair! He was very responsive to further questions, got us on his schedule quickly and he and his partner got the job done in a single day, along with a new thermostat install. The end product was great - Tim was easy to work with and his partner may be the most polite professional we've ever worked with. And where politeness and professionalism continue to take a back seat these days it seems, that's saying something. I will undoubtedly be going back to Cahill for any further HVAC or plumbing needs and they have my highest recommendation.

Prices vary based on the scope of your project, however we will discuss all options with you prior to performing any service work. We offer free estimates on all repairs and system installations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment time to gather more information about the nature of your project. We value your time and want to make sure that we are providing our service as conveniently as possible. After a full system inspection, we will review all details of any/all work for your approval. We do not proceed with any repairs or service without your approval. Once service is completed, we accept credit cards, cash, checks, and online payments.
