- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We frequently offer coupons or discounts. Customers may visit our website to view current offers. We also offer a 10% military discount for repairs as well as new or replacement garage doors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer, we would provide an on-site consultation of their needs. For repairs of garage doors or openers, it is likely that repairs can be performed the same day. We would also be able to provide an estimate for new or replacement doors which would require a future date for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction industry for over 25 years acquiring both commercial and residential field experience. I have owned and operated my own contracting business for the past 15 years where I have completed interior and exterior remodels for home owners and small business owners. I also participated in recent OSHA training sessions related to commercial work and three days of field training specific to garage door repairs.
