FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service rates are on my website: candiceluciani.weebly.com And if you want to propose something new, I'm all ears. I'm always looking to broaden my services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a consultation that is about one hour. Then I have an assessment that is one hour on a different day. That includes body composition, limb circumferences, a cardiorespiratory test, a muscular strength/endurance test, an upper and lower body flexibility test and then stretching directions. From that point, I make a program from the assessment depending on your goals and we go through your program which takes 1-1.5 hours. I'm also certified in the Level 1 Functional Movement Systems Screen which shows strength and movement imbalances and from that screen, I can give you exercises to correct those imbalances or weaknesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute as a Master Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant and I have an Exercise Science, B.S., and am certified from the highly esteemed National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This certification is good enough to train athletes on a collegiate or professional level.
