- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a general outline of pricing, however, we firmly believe that every customer is unique and may have unique needs or interests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our preference is to know exactly what our customers are seeking in the way of photo booth services. We may provide a quote but we'd prefer to have a conversation or encourage our potential clients complete a 5-minute questionnaire in order to provide an accurate quote for services. Once we a conversation to understand a clients needs and interests, we will provide a formal, written quote for services. Our quotes will be All-Inclusive. If a customer would like to move forward with services, we will generate a service agreement outlining the quoted services. The service agreement, questionnaire and payments can all be managed electronically through our client management system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We closely follow industry related blogs and user groups to keep up with the latest developments in software, design and offerings. We also attend industry related webinars and conferences to keep up to date on changes and new technology.
