I believe in upfront and fair pricing — no hidden fees or surprise charges. I’ll always give you a clear estimate before starting any work. I also offer competitive rates and can discuss options that fit both your needs and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with listening. I ask questions to fully understand the problem or project, then I inspect the system and explain my findings clearly. I’ll walk you through your options, give upfront pricing, and make sure you feel comfortable with the plan before moving forward. Communication and respect for your home are always my priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gone through professional HVAC training and have years of hands-on experience in both residential and light commercial systems. I also stay up to date with industry best practices, safety standards, and continuing education to make sure I can handle today’s advanced systems as well as older units.
