- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open and clear about my fee, but I am flexible based upon students’ needs and expectations. I do offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I develop a rapport with my students. Secondly, I establish a baseline of present level. Thirdly, we set goals and expectations. Finally, I monitor progress and set new goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate curriculum included several classes on speech and language, public speaking, foreign language, etc.
