I can't praise Eugene enough! He repaired a severely damaged subfloor and tiles, and the transformation is absolutely stunning. Eugene was professional, punctual, and his craftsmanship is second to none. The floor is now incredibly solid. It's hard to believe there was ever any damage. I am very happy about the work he performed. There are many details during the project. Thankfully he walked extra miles to make it happen(like to get some parts/lights, etc). Overall, both parties are happy which is not usual nowadays. In addition, he drove 20 mins just to close the window (opened for paint drying purpose ) due to the coming storm/rain that potential damage to property. Great professionalism. I would like to hire him for my future handyman work but expanding my different projects.
