Introduction: What I like most about my job is, that I have the ability to see people make a transformation into a better professional or person. I like to see when I am providing a training or seminar that the" ahhha" light comes on and I see that people get it. My passion is seeing people grow from the inside out. Being able to be apart of an organizations growth and sustainability is powerful. Seening what others have learned from a particular training or seminar and watching the impliment it in and everday situation is a great achievement, not only for myself but for the individual or organization.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my profession it is imperative that I always stay abreast of what's availale for continuing education. Stratagey changes daily and in order to provide my clients with the most recent developments that are going to improve their quality of of engagment with me I must find the time to attend continuing education classes. I go to toastmasters classes to help me in my public speaking and presentation. I take seminars and workshops in my area of expertise in order to bring new product or trainings back to my clients for their professional growth and development. Continuing education comes in all forms. I also watch video and take on teleseminars for learning as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Severeal years before starting my company Career Essentials LLC, I worked as a corporate sales and leadership trainer. I enjoyed being in front of the classroom full of employees, and being able to give not only my knowledge of a subject but the text that was required for learning. I decided that enjoyed it enough to start a busines surrounding training. I looked at what my passion was and developed it from there. I beleive I am a leader and there is a need for leadership skills to be taught. I took my skill and applied it to leadership and entrepreneurial training to help other to become better business people, owners, employees, and individuals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide training in leadership development and entrepreneurial development. We have a team that is able to provide editing and proofreading for business and academic clients who need an extra eye for detail, perfection and a polished presentation. We also provide entrepreneurial training to youth and teach them the value of microenterprise. We are enable to provide our clients with web based and e- learning options for training and optimized learning and production. We provide small business web management and SEO marketing options as well.
