Brandon is very punctual and he is very flexible with his schedule. Very nice and good with his client. Definitely highly recommending him to tutor friends and family’s kids that need help with math!!Nov 25, 2018VerifiedPresley Education Services, LLC's reply
Thank you Siu! It's been a pleasure working with you. I'm amazed with your niece's progress! She's been doing very very well!
Brandon is fantastic. He is very patient and explains all the concepts clearly and slowly. He has a great manner with my son, who can be challenging because he finds math so difficult. This week he said he was kind of having fun during his tutoring session! Brandon is professional, kind, and easy to coordinate with, and I would recommend him without reservation.Aug 21, 2019
Brandon is tutoring me in a college level math class and I couldn't be happier. I feel super prepared for the course and he is very helpful.Jul 21, 2019
Brandon is an excellent tutor. He was able to explain math to my son in a way that he was able to retain it. I highly recommend him and very thankful.Jun 22, 2019
Brandon has helped me with my summer pre-calculus class immensely. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He also knows how to simplify concepts and he also makes sure to explain the "why" behind the concepts. I strongly recommend Brandon as a math tutor.Jun 22, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I frequently give discounts for students who want multiple sessions, and students in college. My fee includes my students' ability to email me questions about the topics discussed at the session for no additional charge! Payments can be made by check, cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Square.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the first lesson, I like to get to know the student and get a feel for where they are in their coursework, what their specific needs are and how I can best meet those needs. We also discuss expectations on lesson frequency, preferred means of communication and ways for the student to continue learning and developing outside of the lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I earned my Ph.D. and Bachelor's degrees from Temple University. I currently work at Johnson & Johnson as a Scientist. I previously worked for 8 years at an analytical testing laboratory in suburban Philadelphia. Prior to this, I worked as a research student at Temple University for a number of years while studying for my Bachelor's degree. I regularly attend continuing education sessions at professional science conferences and even provide the continuing education from time to time at these conferences. I have presented scientific content and collaborated both nationally as well as internationally (Brazil, Denmark, Paris, Puerto Rico, and South Korea).
