He was professional, polite, and on time. He was affordable considering we were on a tight budget. He also explained everthing he was going to do before he began the work. Kudos to Mr. Jason for a job well done for installing new pipes everywhere so my family can have running water in the kitchen and bathroom. He will now be our plumber from now on.

Garrett Plumbing did a job for me on Monday, April 28, 2014. Jason installed a new vanity and toilet in my powder room. He did an excellent job and his craftsmanship was meticulous. He came to my home the previous Thursday and gave me an estimate to do the work, an estimate I found to be reasonable and affordable. This is my first time using this company and first impressions are important to me. I am a retired nurse and there are certain things I observe and look for when making an assessment. He was neat and clean cut, also friendly and professional. I noticed how he paid close attention to detail as I explained my needs. Jason also included another small job that I needed done in my laundry room; only charging me for the parts and did not charge for the extra labor. He included the cost for the second job in the labor of the day. When the job was complete, he asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up. Again, he did an excellent job, his craftsmanship was meticulous, my powder room is beautiful, and the price was right! I am a very, very happy customer!
