Sarah is fantastic!! Highly recommend hiring her as your wedding coordinator. She was recently my wedding coordinator for my big fat Indian wedding! She was a pleasure to work with during the planning phase. I had such a sense of relief after my first conversation with her and she helped me remain calm throughout the process. She reached out to my vendors several weeks in advance and helped me organize the wedding day. On my wedding day - she was present, remained available, positive and was running around making sure all the details were executed as discussed. It was a day for me, my husband, and our respective families we will never forget. We could not have done this without Sarah and SLC Event Company!

If I could give 6/5 I would. Sarah is an amazing wedding and event planner and I would recommend her to everyone! Sarah kept my wife and I organized and help guide us through the whole wedding process. She gave great recommendations and advice on things we wouldn’t have thought of. She is extremely detail oriented and no task felt too small or large for her to tackle. Very thankful for her!

Sarah was our day of wedding coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She has been fantastic to work with. Very organized, very patient, and very friendly. When we first started, she gave us vendor recommendations, and once we selected our vendors, she made sure they were all on deck all the way to the end of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I was so anxious but she made everything go smoothly working with myself and my husband, the vendors, my family and bridal parties. Even they made compliments about her. She made sure I had all the items/details needed prior to the big day. She made sure my photographer/videographer had everything for the perfect pictures. She is very detailed and easy to work with. She definitely went above and beyond and even showed up at rehearsal dinner to give us a quick run for our ceremony. I felt like my wedding was perfect and she played a huge part in that. I highly recommend her.

Sara did a event for me at my home. She made it so easy on my side, and my guests were all very happy with the results. My daughter’s wedding was 2 days before my event and I depended on Sarah for everything so I could concentrate on helping my daughter prepare for her big day. She coordinated with the tent rental caters and prepared and sent out the invites- and collected the RSVPs so I only had to make a guest list and decide the menu. I would definitely recommend her for any future events.

Sarah was amazing and super helpful throughout the whole wedding process that I barely felt any stress. We had multiple calls throughout our planning time leading up to the wedding to check in. She had a shared google sheet to track details, timeline, budget, recommendations, and vendors. She would also reach out to vendors to schedule meetings or ask follow up questions Sarah was helpful with everything behind the scenes on the day of and helped bring the day and details together. Our videographer even said she was the most efficient wedding planner they have ever worked with. I could not recommend Sarah enough! Thank you so much for everything, Sarah!! <3
