My name is Dawn Williams, I am the owner of Advanced Notary Diva. I first became a Pennsylvania Notary at the age of 18. I have been a licensed notary for 29 years serving the following counties: Lawrence, Butler, Beaver, Mercer, and Allegheny, where I received my certification for Loan Signing Agent. With an extensive background in notary from mortgage documents, Auto Titles, POAs, Wills, Deeds, Oaths, Affidavits, and much more; I have the tools to utilize in any situation a notary need may arise. I took the leap to venture out on my own in 2020. With my experience, dedication and professionalism, I feel I am equipped to handle your notary needs. I am National Notary Association (NNA) Certified & Background Screened.
