Christopher does a lot more than just lawn care and tree work. His slogan should really say "No problem too small". As a woman who is not very handy, I have often times asked Chris to help me out with repairs. Last summer when my washing machine broke and was filled with stagnant water, I was initially dismayed at how I was going to figure out how to disconnect it, carry it down 2 flights of steps, and haul another one up the same flights of steps. I described my dilemma to Chris, and the very next day he stopped at the hardware store to pick up some supplies, and drove his truck all the way out to my place (a good 45 minutes at least!). With his help, we were able to safely remove the old washer and install a new one. It was not without snags along the way, as we discovered we had to turn the water off to my unit in my neighbors unit, and we had to remove closet doors that were in the way of removing the washing machine. I would not have been able to do this by myself without breaking something! Chris hauled the old washing machine away in his truck and disposed of it himself. If this were not enough, I recently swiped a pole with my car and had some red scratches in the paint, along with a broken fog cover. When I took it to a body shop to get an estimate, I was quoted $1,100. As this was way out of my price range, and the car was not dented, I asked Chris if he had any ideas on how to fix it. Chris immediately sprung into action and went to the store to buy a product that would remove the red paint from the car, and using his own elbow grease removed the red scratches himself. He then did some price shopping for me and was able to find my exact fog cover for $8.49 and offered to fix for me. He knows his way around cars, and essentially saved me over $1,000 in repairs! I would highly recommend his services over trying to fix something yourself.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but after the job this young man did....I felt like I owed it to him and the rest of the community. This young man was a pleasure to talk to, and did everything he promised and much more. Other companies gave me estimates and as things like weedeating, blowing, and other small extras added on their $45 estimate soon turned to be $70. Chris was up front from the get go, and he guaranteed my satisfaction or I paid him nothing. Chris honored their beginning estimate of $45 and after he was finished I was shocked to her ...Well Mr Townsend how does $40 sound, and he did so much more. He is a lifesaver, I am a retired individual and not looking forward to the grueling summer, as well as my wife's honey due list....that list is a mile long. Me and Chris came to an agreement, he will handle the honeydew list and I will take care of the rest and relaxation. So far bushes trimmed...check, garage cleaned out....check, grass cut...check, oak tree trimmed....check, junk hauled away behind shed...check. Thanks Chris,,,,next week he is painting and staining decks. As a sip on my glass of lemonade, I raise my glass and say to you Chris, I am going to enjoy this summer,

I was very happy with the job Chris did for us. He was prompt, professional, and very organized. He cleaned out the basement in an apartment house I own in Wyomissing and had it done within an hour. He cleaned up the floors great and even helped me with some garden work. His price was the best quote I received out of 6 other quotes. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated, but I like to price per job. A 10000 square foot grass cut with a 1000 square foot house should not be priced the same as a 10000 square foot grass cut with a 4000 square foot home and a pool and multiple outbuildings.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started off when I lived in Virginia. I had a small weekend and evening landscaping company that eventually took off. I left my full time job and pursued running that company full time until deciding to move back to Pennsylvania to be closer to my family. I worked for two years as a contractor doing work on foreclosed and Real Estate Owned houses and want to get back to the residential side of things.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawn care and maintenance is the most common task I perform. I will do leaf removal, gutter cleaning and small/odd jobs as well. Most of the commercial work I do revolves around vacant or abandoned homes and includes some plumbing, light electrical, cleaning and boarding and lock changes.
