- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I like to do is meet with the client and discuss their habits, challenges and goals. From there, we can come up with a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in gyms as an instructor and trainer when I was in my 20s. I have taught step, hi-lo, boot camp, and senior classes. I have my certification as a trainer with AMFPT.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness has always been a major part of my life. I started working out at 13 and was always athletic. I was a cheerleader and took figure skating lessons. I taught at a few gyms in my late teens and early 20s.
