- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $50 dollar Service Charge for coming out that is waived if work is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the issues the customer is having, and then based on that information I will present the customer with options to help solve said issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for 6+ years, doing everything from commercial installations and service to residential installation and service. I am certified in water treatment and Navien Tankless water heaters. I also have a ton of on the job training that keeps me prepared for all job possibilities.
