We had the inside rooms of our home painted by That 1 Painter. The price of the project was reasonable. The manager was on site regularly throughout the week to address any questions or concerns of ours or of the staff. The painting professionals were friendly, efficient, and worked quietly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend That 1 Painter.

I have a house that needed a lot of work, I was very upfront with That 1 Painter That this was a job that needed a fair amount of prep work. They did a walk-through and estimated $900 of prep work, spackling, wood filling and sanding.
The first time I came back, it looked like there were many places they either never spackled or they spackled and never sanded. There were sections of baseboard that were completely unpainted. I used almost an entire roll of blue masking tape to point out all the places that there were issues, they came back and did about a third of problem areas.
After the first set of touch-ups, I went over everything with blue tape again and pointed out all of the other areas that they missed, including paint, drips, masking tape not taken off of light fixtures or the doorbell, places where they clearly intended to go back and paint again or places where they patched and sanded and never painted
Third time around, there's still sections of baseboard that have never been painted, despite blue tape on the baseboard. They tracked dirt and leaves in on my brand new floors to redo some of the paint.
At this point I paid all but $500, and I don't think it's fair that I pay the remainder.
If you have an easy job, I'd recommend them, if you expect any level of spackling or attention to detail, I would not recommend.
