Tim did a fabulous job! He knows about Apple computers and he was so helpful. He diagnosed the problem, corrected it, got the computer working and even cleaned out "stuff"! He was so friendly and knowledgable and encouraging to us. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

Great people, great service. I had two MacBooks repaired (RAM installation in one, new hard drive in the other) and Tim got them both done in a very short time right before the holidays. Very responsive to email and phone inquiries. Convenient Saturday hours.

Tim and his staff have either fixed every computer/X-box/smartphone problem I've brought their way, at a reasonable rate, or have (on only one occasion) told me honestly that it wasn't worth fixing; i could get another one for less money. They are always courteous, honest and informative. So glad I found them in the Ephrata area!
