Very helpful. Tried fixing my drain pump before having to order a new one. Unfortunately, we had to order a new pump, but he was fast and efficient. He went above and beyond and noticed my door was missing screws on the one hinge and he fixed that too without being asked. Will use again. Great guy and family.

He thoroughly examined the washer to the find the problem. After fixing the issue (sensor issue), he took the time to put everything back together carefully and make sure the washer was correctly placed. Very professional experience. Using a translator app was not a problem, but was easier when I also brought up google translate on my own phone.
