- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BAC moving takes into account all aspects of the moving process when quoting their clients. Prices typically include distance, movers, and hours. Quality is held at the highest regard allowing BAC to pay their employees fairly while still providing a fair price. We strive to work with each client and provide them with the service that fits their needs and specific budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client requests a quote BAC will provide a basic estimate based on the information provided. The client can request an in home estimate which allows BAC to accurately provide the best price possible. Once the quote has been accepted, BAC requires a 50% deposit once date for move has been confirmed. The customer will be called the day before the move for additional confirmation. After the move has been complete, BAC will collect the remaining balance of invoice as well as any additional amount agreed by client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience running a multi state moving company across america. Our combined experience is 18 years in the moving industry. We have been trained in Labor Only, Full Service Moving including Packing Services, Local (50 miles), Long Distance, Storage, Piano, Safe & Pool Table moving and commercial relocation.
