Rantz is very responsive, he came over the same day to have a look and troubleshoot the well pump issue. He was honest and clearly explained everything with transparency and didn’t try to mislead me to pay for the more expensive solution. He was able to find my well because it was buried (and I wasn’t sure about its location). He replaced my well pump and rewire it. He also serviced the tank and checked all its connections and made sure I will get the best performance of the new pump. He is also very friendly and easy to work with.
