- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing for basic installations. But because a lot of what we do is custom pricing will be dictated by the job itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate with honors from Media Dynamics, certified through organizations such as CEDIA, SBCA, and many manufactures training courses. We often take the same course more than once during the year so that we ensure what we missed we pick up the next time to be the absolute best that we can be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back several years before I was able to drive I started messing around with home audio purchasing one component of the time with the money that I earned from my paper route. I was always upgrading trying different set ups trying different speaker positions. When I was around 14 years old I took on the task of changing the tape deck in my moms station wagon. After that I was hooked! I would take apart the back of a TV and extend the speaker wire leads to run through my stereo system before surroundsound was even a thought. Now we install and design in large commercial venues such as casinos to simply installing small audio systems in a house two mounting TVs and anything that has to do with home and commercial electronics. Back when I was younger I always took care of my friends and made sure that they had the absolute best that was possible I still follow the same philosophy with my customers today who most of them become friends.
